SHIPPING POLICY

**Due to COVID-19 and the Post Office announcing their cutback of overtime for employees some mail is taking longer to be delivered. In some cases we are seeing a 7-10 business day delivery time. While that is not common for all deliveries, it is occurring in some areas. Due to this fact we cannot authorize a credit or replacement till at least 15 business days have passed. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause some of our customers, but we are trying to be patience with the Post Office as they try and get things back on track.**

All orders ship FREE to anywhere in the USA!! We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped out the next business day after the order is placed. All Standard and Priority shipping orders placed after 12 p.m. CST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday.

For Standard Shipping, we select the shipping method based on the physical size and weight of the products you ordered. Most orders will ship through the Post Office and typical delivery is around 4 business days. If your order has to be packed in a larger box than USPS will accept your order will ship FedEx Ground. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. For Priority Shipping, we will send your order Priority Mail or FedEx for delivery in 2-3 business days. Shipping cutoff is 12 p.m. CST for Priority Upgrades to go out the same day. Any packages with a subtotal of $300 or more will be shipped FedEx Ground and require an Adult SignatureYou'll receive an email confirming the shipping date and carrier used the same day your order is sent along with a tracking number. If you have any questions about how your order will ship prior to placing it, please give us a call or send us an email. The delivery times above are not guaranteed. The day the order is shipped does not count towards the shipping times. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

The only guaranteed delivery options available are USPS Priority Express or FedEx Express. Shipping cutoff is 2 p.m. CST for all Express shipments to go out the same day. If you need expedited shipping please call us at 1-800-929-9164 and we can get you a quote.

Flag poles and larger wrought iron products will have additional shipping charges if sent to an address outside the Contiguous United States. Most don't travel well and shipping with insurance is relatively expensive. If you intend to ship outside the Contiguous U.S., give us a call before ordering and we'll let you know the practicality and the shipping/insurance charges for your consideration. Some poles and stands cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses. Please read the description on each items product page for more details.

If you are sending an order as a gift you may include a short message. There is a place on the cart page, before you checkout, where you may add your message. It will appear on the packing slip included inside the order. Also, no prices are shown.

If your package is stolen from your mailbox or porch we are not responsible, nor required to refund or replace your order. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return or exchange unused products within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be unused, clean and resalable in the original manufacturers packaging. Most of our products are neatly packaged in transparent bags and can be easily opened and closed. We will not accept a return product if the manufacturers packaging is missing, damaged or destroyed. Please open your products carefully. Also, we cannot except returns of products that have been hung outside or used. Closeout products are NOT returnable. You are responsible for the shipping charges to send products back, unless they are defective or there is an error with your order that we made. 

Mailing Instructions: Send returns and exchanges via the Post Office; First Class or Priority Mail and be sure to insure the shipment.

Exchanges: Please call or email before requesting an exchange so that we can reserve your replacement while awaiting your return of the original product.

Defective Product: If you receive a product that's defective, please call or email right away. DO NOT send the product back to us before we speak to you. We cannot refund you for the shipping cost. In most cases we can authorize a refund or exchange with just a picture of the damaged product. 

Refunds: We'll acknowledge receipt of your return as soon as we receive it and authorize a credit to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable.
