Shipping and Return Policy
We ship Flags & Windsocks free to anywhere in the USA including APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is the same day your order is placed or the next business day.
We’ll ship your order by the Post Office using First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight; or FedEx Home/Ground delivery service. We select the shipping method based on the physical size and weight of the products you ordered and you'll receive an email confirming the shipping date and carrier the same day your order is sent. First Class Mail packages usually take 4 to 5 business days for delivery and Priority Mail packages usually take 2 to 3 business days for delivery from our location in the Dallas, TX area. If your order is shipped FedEx you will receive an email from them with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Any packages $300 or more will be shipped FedEx Home/Ground and require an Adult Signature.
Flag poles and larger wrought iron products will have additional shipping charges if sent to an address outside the Contiguous United States. Most don’t travel well and shipping with insurance is relatively expensive. If you intend to ship outside the Contiguous U.S., give us call before ordering and we’ll let you know the practicality and the shipping/insurance charges for your consideration. Some poles and stands cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses. Please read the description on each items product page for more details.
If you need expedited Post Office shipping or Federal Express shipping and delivery by a certain date, please call or email and we’ll provide you with the delivery considerations and cost before shipping.
If you are sending an order as a gift to someone (not to yourself), let us include a greeting or short message. We have an area available on the packing list for messages and we use a nice font and no prices will show. You may enter your message at check out or send a separate email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange any unused product within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be unused, clean and resalable in the original manufacturers packaging. Most of our products are neatly packaged in transparent bags and can be easily opened and closed. We will not accept a return product if the manufacturers packaging is missing, damaged or destroyed. Please open your products carefully.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility, however we will either reimburse your post office shipping charges or provide a prepaid return shipping envelope if the product is defective or if there was a shipping error by us. There is a 15% restocking charge on returns and exchanges, however we'll usually waive a restocking charge if your exchange is similar in cost to the product originally purchased.
Mailing Instructions: Send returns and exchanges via the Post Office; First Class or Priority Mail and be sure to insure the shipment.

Defective Product: If you receive a product that’s defective, please call or email right away and we’ll arrange a convenient return and exchange for the same product.
Refunds: We’ll acknowledge receipt of your return as soon as we receive it and authorize any credit to the original credit card used for the purchase.
